Thank you for using AeroX, the solution that turns your home trainer into a virtual wind tunnel.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AeroX service.
By creating an account or using AeroX, you fully accept these terms.

1. Definitions

  • AeroX: the application developed by the AeroX company (independent project based in France).
  • Service: all features provided by AeroX (software, website, simulator, etc.).
  • User: any adult individual using AeroX.
  • Account: personal access allowing the User to use the Service after registration and, where applicable, payment of a subscription.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the rights and obligations of AeroX and the User regarding the use of the Service.

3. Account Creation and Use

  • Access to AeroX requires the creation of a personal account.
  • The information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
  • Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
    👉 Account sharing (loan, resale, or transfer of credentials) is prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of the account.

4. Subscriptions and Usage

  • Full access to the Service requires payment of a subscription or specific plan.
  • Each subscription includes up to 30 hours of use per month.
  • If additional hours are needed, the User must contact AeroX (contact@aeroxbefaster.com) to obtain an extension or suitable offer.
  • AeroX reserves the right to charge additional fees or limit access in the event of excessive or disproportionate use.

5. AeroX Diagnostic: Purchase, Duration, Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Content: the AeroX Diagnostic is a digital service sold individually. It consists of sessions carried out in the AeroX application (position comparison, stability test) and a recommendation report.
  • Duration: one purchase entitles the User to one diagnostic, usable for 30 days from the moment it is started in the application. It ends at the end of this period or when the User declares it finished; its results remain available. Restarting a diagnostic in progress does not extend this period.
  • Right of withdrawal: a User acting as a consumer has 14 days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to contact@aeroxbefaster.com. AeroX then refunds all sums paid, using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after the request.
  • Waiver: at checkout, the User expressly requests immediate access to the diagnostic and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal as soon as the first session is completed (French Consumer Code, Article L221-28 13°). Once a session has been completed, the diagnostic is no longer refundable.
  • AeroX guarantee: in addition to the right of withdrawal, AeroX fully refunds the diagnostic, upon simple request to contact@aeroxbefaster.com, as long as no session has been completed, regardless of the purchase date, in particular if the User’s equipment is not compatible. As soon as the first session has been completed, the diagnostic is consumed and is no longer refundable.
  • Effect of a refund: any refund ends access to the corresponding diagnostic.

5a. Bike fitter plans: free trial, subscription and cancellation

This section applies to bike fitter accounts. Where it conflicts with sections 4 and 9, it prevails.

  • Plans: Essential, €20 excl. VAT per month plus €15 excl. VAT per analysis, billed at the end of each monthly period; Unlimited, €99 excl. VAT per month or €990 excl. VAT per year. Launch offer, reserved for the first 20 studios and subscribed by 31 December 2026: Unlimited at €69 excl. VAT per month until 31 December 2026, then €99 excl. VAT per month, or €690 excl. VAT for the first year, then €990 excl. VAT per year. Prices exclude taxes; VAT is applied under the rules in force.
  • Analysis: one client analysed with AeroX, counted once per rolling 30-day period. Further sessions with the same client during that period are not counted.
  • Free trial: the first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial (for an earlier subscription, the 14 days only start counting when the new version of the app becomes available, on 20 October 2026). It is reserved for companies whose identifier has been verified (EU VAT number, French SIREN or SIRET, or a website approved by AeroX), one trial per company. A valid payment method is saved when the trial starts; nothing is charged during the trial, and analyses made during the trial are not billed.
  • End of the trial: unless cancelled before the trial ends, the chosen subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the first payment is taken that day from the saved payment method. The trial end date is shown when subscribing and in the bike fitter account.
  • Cancelling during the trial: at any time before the trial ends, from the bike fitter account (“Cancel the trial”). Nothing is then charged, and access remains open until the end of the trial.
  • Term and cancellation: subscriptions have no minimum term and renew automatically for each period (month or year). They can be cancelled at any time from the bike fitter account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, with no prorated refund.
  • Changing plans: moving to a higher plan is immediate, with the difference prorated; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Failed payment: if a payment fails, access is kept for 7 days; after that, the account becomes read-only until payment is made. Amounts due remain payable.
  • Invoices: available in the bike fitter account (“Manage billing”).
  • Professionals: bike fitter plans are reserved for professionals acting for the purposes of their business; the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.

6. Service Operation

  • AeroX provides real-time aerodynamic analysis via webcam and connected home trainer.
  • AeroX does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability (maintenance, updates, improvements).
  • The User is responsible for their own equipment (home trainer, bike, camera, computer).

7. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use AeroX exclusively for its intended sporting and personal purposes,
  • not misuse the Service for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes,
  • respect the usage limits described in Section 4,
  • not attempt to bypass security systems or access the source code.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AeroX makes every reasonable effort to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.
  • AeroX shall not be held liable for any injury, data misinterpretation, or inappropriate use of the Service.
  • In any case, AeroX’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.

9. Termination

  • The User may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • AeroX may suspend or delete an account in the event of fraud, breach of these Terms, or abusive use.

10. Personal Data

  • AeroX collects and processes certain data (e.g. performance metrics, email) to provide the Service.
  • Such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
