An analysis is one client analysed with AeroX. It is counted only once per rolling 30-day period: re-tests of the same client within those 30 days are free, however many sessions you run.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country. If your business is established in another European Union country and you enter your EU VAT number, the invoice is issued under the reverse-charge mechanism, without VAT.

Yes. Every plan has no commitment and can be cancelled from your account. During the trial, cancelling before it ends means nothing is charged. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Moving to a higher plan is immediate and prorated; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.

Every payment generates a PDF invoice. All your invoices can be downloaded from your account, under “Manage billing”.

Your access is kept for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that the account becomes read-only: your data stays available, and new analyses resume as soon as the payment goes through.

You choose your plan and save a bank card, with no charge. We then install your AeroX setup with you: the 14-day trial starts that day. Unless you cancel before the end, the plan starts and the first payment is taken. One trial per studio.
